The best advice I can give you, is to eat 6 small meals a day. Portion sizes can be everything in a diet. So many peoples diets fail because they deprive themselves of foods they love. Sometimes all it takes is cutting out snacks....like anything with natural sugar or flour. Any exercise is better than NO exercise. Walking is a very good exercise for anyone. And alot of people THINK they have to eat until they feel like they're going to explode when all they need to do is eat enough to feel satisfied then STOP. Drink water throughout the day. You don't have to guzzle it. Carry a bottle of it around with you all day and sip on it throughout the day. There are other alternatives out there to help you get started. I recently started on a combination of diet pills with the "double cocktail" shot. The shot is composed of B-12 and a female hormone of some type. It IS helping me alot in losing weight and helping me to learn to eat less. I'm sure you could inquire with your doc about it.

Good luck in your efforts!

I suggest Cinch Inch Loss Plan which is powered by leucine (amino acid). You keep the muscle you have, burn fat and lose inches. The scientists who helped develop this plan figured out a plan that literally targets the areas of your body where you need to lose weight and inches.

I've been on the plan for two weeks and have lost 4 inches from my waistline and 1 1/2 inches off my hips.

It's healthy and very easy to follow.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me if interested in the website.

I am WITH you!! I have decided to get off my butt and try to lose weight, too. I'm going to count calories (1500-1800 a day) and go to the gym 4 times a week. My mom stuck to this and ultimately dropped about 40 lbs (which is what she wanted to lose). And as far as the eating goes, it's all about portions and making smart choices. Come on! We can do it together!!
