It shouldn't. Women who are turned off by such a superficial thing as a birthmark are women you don't want to be around.

I dont think it would be a great concern. Watch the movie Animal House. There is a character in the movie they call Pinto for obvious reasons. He didnt seem to have a hard time getting the ladies.

90% of women have celluilite, and many have stretch marks, and their partners dont mind, so why should a birthmark bother a woman? unless she was way superficial.

Probably not. If women can accept uncut men - they can accept anything. Uncut is much much more gross than any birthmark could be.
