When I have an erection, I feel my foreskin is preventing my penis from extending out as far as it really could. Around the area where the head meets the shaft, it gets tight, almost as if it's in a noose. Because of that, the head of the penis is rather flushed. The sex is fine....I don't have any abnormal effects; just was curious if there was a way to stretch out the foreskin so that it wasn't that uncomfortable. Obviously, circumcision would be out of the question since I am an adult now and it would be complicated. Is it about needing to have more sex to stretch it out?

Go to the doctor and he can snip the forskin to loosen it! Also Stretching your foreskin can take months, so don’t give up too quickly.
Every day you have to pull the foreskin back as far as possible. At first you do this when your penis is soft. Don’t use force, because then you may cause fissures in the foreskin. So do it consistently, but carefully.
If you succeed in retracting the foreskin while soft, you can try it when erect.
Another possibility is to stretch the foreskin when your penis is soft. Retract your foreskin, push it back again, but over your index and middle fingers. So you have your fingers in the opening of the foreskin. Pull, to stretch the foreskin, like you strain a rubber band. But do it gently: don’t hurt yourself.
If you don’t stretch the foreskin gently it can cause micro-tears in the foreskin. When these heal scar tissue may develop. This scarring makes the skin inflexible, making it more difficult to retract the foreskin. So be careful!
Be aware of the danger of paraphimosis.

In a warm bath, hook a finger on each side of the foreskin and pull until it's just slightly uncomfortable, and hold for a minute or so. Let it relax and then repeat. Later you can do the same thing dry, maybe using some lube. Don't pull until it hurts a lot, though, or that could make it worse. Do this every time you have a chance - like every time you pee - for a couple of weeks. If it's no better after two weeks, go to the doctor and ask for some hormone cream to hurry up the process.

You do NOT need a circumcision - some people think that's the cure for everything from dandruff to ingrown toenails, but they're never right.

Both of my boys are uncircumcized. When they were little I taught them how to pull back the foreskin and clean them selves. If you did that and had enough puberty fun with miss palm and her 5 sisters , you should not be having this problem. Mabe more sex is the answer at this point. Just make sure it safe.

first of all sex will not stretch it out. I am not a guy,so I can't answer this honestly. only in my opinion. My opinion is this: while you are limp, grab your foreskin and pull on it.. .keep stretching it.. seems to be what works for them ppl in third world countries that roll their penis's up on sticks :p sorry i wasn't much help.. maybe you should talk with a male ob/gyn about something like that....

there are penis clamps that can be purchased at www.extremerestraints.com, that will stretch the foreskin. after attaching the clamp to the foreskin, weights are added in increments of 1,2,3,etc. to stretch the foreskin longer and longer.
after using these weights for about a month, you should see and feel a noticeable difference in your foreskin.
i tried it. i've successfully stretched my foreskin and it's permanent.
best of luck! it will happen.

Circumcision out of the question? Who told you that? You can get circumcised at *any age*.

I had the same phimosis problem as you, and I can assure you stretching is not really useful.

I did streaching exercises and used creams too, but eventually the phimosis came back, so I chose to get circumcised, at the age of 28.

They use anesthesia, so it's virtually painless. It was easy and quick, and I was perfectly recovered in less than 2 weeks.

Plus, its cleaner and healthier, I'm very happy with my circumcision.

You have to do it yourself. Keep pulling it back. Skin will stretch.
You probably didn't pull it back all the way when you were younger.
