It's not so going on a diet as it is a lifestyle change.
Eat better and healthier, you would be amazed on how much just doing that make you feel better. Start a slow workout program, if you hate working out, start going for walks around your neighborhood just to start off.
If you want to lose weight and keep it off you need to do it slowly, if you do it too fast, it will all just come back. Good Luck

Chances are that any diet on which you loose weight really fast isn't good for you. Loosing weight healthily, and slipping into the life style that will allow you to keep it off, takes time. Talk to your parents about wanting to loose weight. Since you're looking to loose a lot, it would probably be best to consult a doctor to see what diet would be best for you.

Eat half as much food as you normally do, EXCEPT for fruits and vegetables. Eat at least twice as many fruits and vegetables. And I not talking about things like canned peaches drenched in sugar. I mean fresh fruit. Take a bag of carrot sticks to snack on instead of a sugary or fatty snack. However, don't completely deprive yourself of foods you love. Allow yourself to have one serving of ice cream or something every couple days. Also, exercise for a minimum of 45 minutes a day. Walk around the block, get an exercise video, or play a sport.

it is not good to loose weight real fast becuase you will then gain it back faster..diets are not the solution..it has to be a change in your lifestyle..take it from someone who knows..i would get with your family doctor and ask him or her for a good nutitionist they help out a lot..

eat more fiber it helps u get less hungry, and u need to stay out of fast food and soda ( junk) and try to dance and do a lil fun activity with ppl arround you. And mostly count ur calories in everything u eat and dont try to go above 1000 a day.

You didn't get to that weight overnight and you can't lose it quickly, either. Further, weight and age have nothing whatsoever to do with one another.
Talk with your doctor about your weight problems and ask for help. This is the only safe way to do this.

if you could get to a doctor he might be able to give you a prescription for topamax which is what I have been taking and I lost 30 pounds in 3 months and you could also do LA Weight Loss and keep optimistic and you will do great

eat acidy fruits.. i lost 3 stone.. eat grapefruits, sip green tea and start walking.. sorry but cutting out carbs is the solution except brown rice and sweet potatoes are good and buckwheat noodles!! iv done well.. so can u! and im similar age (nearly 16)
