Ok all the girls at my school weight 70-80 ponds the most and their my age. How do I get down to their size. And fast!!!

There's more to healthy weight then just age, honey. Height and body build heavily influences whether or not it's a healthy weight. Don't look to loose weight just because your friends weigh less. The only person who can really tell you if you're at a healthy weight or not is your doctor. I weighted about as much as you did when I was 12, and my doctor said it was healthy.

If you're really concerned, talk to your parents. Make an appointment with the right kind of doctor who can help you find the right diet if you do need to loose weight, and who can tell you you're healthy if you don't need to loose any.

You can't really tell if you're overweight based on your age and your weight. It has more to do with your height and your weight, not your age. That describes your BMI (Body Mass Index).

If using this calculation your are overweight, you need to ask your parents to take you to your doctor to talk about it. Dieting is VERY risky when you're 12. If done incorrectly (like too fast!) you can cause permanent damage to your bones and muscles. (Trust me, you don't want to end up with one of those humps when you get older or brittle bones that break easily).

Your doctor can advise you on sensible diet plans for your age, which include both diet and exercise. (not Atkins or South Beach, etc because those were designed with adults in mind.)

Drink 8 oz. of water before you eat anything and itll fill you up faster. and dont drink with your food it makes your tummy grow....With food that is..
ive lost like 5 pds so far for doing it this week i advise it... its rthe safest way to go.. :)
