I was wondering if someone can help me on this one. Does getting off b/c increase your weight gain? I have been feeling a little heavier since I have been off and my appetite has increased a bit. Maybe I am overacting but give me your opinion.

It's different for different women. Some experience weight loss, others a gain. In your case, sounds like you're experiencing a gain.

Actually usually the opposite is true. Getting off of BC usually makes people drop a few pounds. Being on BC can make you gain up to 10 lbs a year. I say give yourself a few months, your body will readjust. Try to suppress your appetite by drinking more water. Sometimes ESPECIALLY WOMEN confuse thirst with hunger, and we eat instead of drink. So get some aquafina and stay hydrated. Good luck
