Seriously I get so mean. every little thing makes me angry. I get upset when people touch me and when people call my name alot or try to talk to me repeadtly. I yell at my friends and then apologize to them. They say its ok because they know what its like. My question is why do I get so mean and upset at every little thing when I have my period?

Oh, don't worry Hunny. . .We all are!! It's just when our levels in our hormones change while we are having our period, our bodies react by having different emotions. For example, mine is crying! I will cry about two days before my period for no reason, and then I will scream and yell during my period. It's just how God created us to be. But honestly there is no specific reason, It's just that all women are like that!
Lol, my boyfriend just laughs at me now when I yell, scream, and kick him during my period-Because he just knows. . .It's jsut how us women are!!

O yessss... ME TOO! Its only gotten worse with age, and its to the point now where my husband just stays FAR away from me when Im PMS'ing. Its not fun. I've talked to my OBGYN before about it and he said the only thing he could prescribe is anti depressants.

It's just PMS. It's natural and hormonal, many women get it, and there's not much to do about it.
