i seem to be able to eat sooo much cereal!! not the unhealthy stuff but just porridge,muesli and wheetabix!!

For Gods sake! As long as you don't smoke, don't drink too much and your kind to animals, what difference does it make. You are certainly getting the vitamins, minerals and fibre you need for good health. Enjoy, my friend, let others keep up the consistant worrying about health and appearance!

Eating too much of ANYTHING is bad for you. If you're eating whole grain cereal and you're balancing it out with good sources of protein, vitamins, minerals, and healthy fat (yes, you read right; there is such a thing as healthy fat) you'll be fine. Eating two or three servings of cereal a day is fine, but remember a serving is usually 3/4 of a cup or so. Don't overdo!

Why might want to that be undesirable? Rice Crispies cereal is basically no longer undesirable. it truly is fortified so it honestly has an excellent type of supplements in it. except for constipation (that cereal has no fiber), there is no longer some thing incorrect with ingesting that cereal.

that's not horrible as long as you refrain from putting sugar and cream in them but also you want to remember to balance your diet. too many carbs are bad for you just like too much of anything is bad for you. try to balance things out with some lean protein and don't forget the fruits and veggies!

I LOVE CEREAL!! So I hope not. I eat at least one bowl a day, if not more. It's fiber so I don't see how it's too bad unless you eat a big old bag to yourself every day!!

Those are all whole grain cereals. They are good for you so long as (as has already been mentioned) you don't add sugars and fats to it. Ignore anyone who says that it's bad because they're carbs. Whole grains are good carbs.

Depends. i saw a video where corn flakes were put in a plastic bag and crushed to bits. Water was added and a magnet was put over it, and black bits came to the top. Those black bits were 'IRON', looked scary.
