I have stage IV colon cancer and I have not heard of this symptom as a result of the cancer. I have had my legs hurt after my chemo treatments though.

No. The above symptoms are not part of the signs and symptoms of colon or rectal cancer unless maybe if you already have metastasis (spreading) of the colon or rectal cancer to other parts of the body like bone but I have not heard of bone metastasis from colon cancer yet.

Don't know but, blocked arteries can cause legs to hurt. You need to see a doctor, people here can't solve medical problems!
