well im 18 years of age and my weight is 85 kilos .i want to lose my weight by 15 kilos .my mom has promised me a playstation 3.please help..............

I am 18 yrs old and i recently start cutting myself and now i can't stop.It started on chirstmas eve when i was so angry and the pain just tangle inside me.I take a knife and did a small cut on my wrist and it bleed and bleed and the pain was there because it hurt so bad since it was my first try. But i wanted to die, i wanted to kill myself so i start cutting myself more all i wanted to see is my blood pouring and hoping on chirstmas day i would finally be dead. I'm not scared of dieing but i am scared of where i will end up. How can i stop hurting myself? how can i be a happy girl again? Is there any other way of taking out my anger and pain by not hurting myself?. I know by hurting myself its just a way of getting every thing out, but i am destroying my body, people look at me as a krazy ***** and dont want to be around me.Its not my intension of hurting myself,i just can't help it no more. How can i stop thinking about taking my life away? I need your help please help me!!!!!

My girlfriend mother has lice in her head and it keeps coming back and recently had a boil or sore in head and went to the emergency room for treatment. They did not know she had lice nor did they discover it durnig treatment when boil was lance. Where could these lice be coming from and how can my friend get rid of them. Any help will be greatly be appreciated.

People that know nothing about herbal medicines should butt the hell out and not tell people of harmful side effects unless they have researched it and know the true facts. There are side effects to herbs just as there are with any medication but leave it to the people that know something about them. Just because "you heard that it is dangerous" does not mean that it is. As to being a carcinogen, so is sex. Are you going to stop everything that causes cancer? Then stop eating, having sex, breathing, brushing your teeth (fluoride), drinking treated water (fluoride, chlorine, caustic soda etc.) just stop living all together.

ok so lately when i eat soemthing i just chew it and get some of the taste and spit the whole thing out in a cup and it usually fills up thewhole cup and i was just wondering if it is still the equivalent amount of calories to if i just shallowed the food instead of spit it out... i dont think it is at all it might be a few calories but not many... am i right?

Every month about a week to 2 weeks before my period my breast get really sore. I mean sore to the point that they hurt to even barely be touched. And when I take my bra off it hurts them even more to be loose. I don't understand why they get so sore to the point where I can't stand them. My Mother and I are hoping to lose weight in the year to come, but we are unsure on what exactly it is we needs to do and how much of it we need, so if anyone knows of any great diet or workout let me know!
We also are unsure on if we need to see a workout trainer at a gym because I have a fitness center where I live but I'm not sure if it's easier to workout at my place or go to a public gym. HELP!!!!
