Why come when you get in bed the warmest part of your body is your testicales?

They are actually two degrees colder than your internal organs. If they were the warmest part of your body then this would either mean that you have serious problems with them and you will have very low sperm production or that you are dying of hypothermia. Neither is very good.
They may feel warmer than your skin because they are kept at a constant temperature while your skin is allowed to grow warmer and cooler but unless there is something dramatically wrong with your body (in which case you should rush to a doctor immediately!) they are colder than your insides are.

Well, you know, they are tucked down there in your shorts or briefs all nice and cozy. And honestly, the blood circulation to them is pretty strong, so it makes sense that it would feel the warmest.

It feels colder, because it is inbetween your legs, and the heat from both legs are helping to keep it warm
