Every month about a week to 2 weeks before my period my breast get really sore. I mean sore to the point that they hurt to even barely be touched. And when I take my bra off it hurts them even more to be loose. I don't understand why they get so sore to the point where I can't stand them. Has anyone else ever had this and do you know why it may be happening? Serious answers only. Thanks.

This is one of the "benefits"? of being a female. It is totally normal. I had it till my hysterectomy at 37.
Try gently rubbing them with Aspircream, it is a creamy non odorous pain reliever. Try taking an Ibuprofen, it is an anti-inflammatory and the breast tissue gets swollen and somewhat inflamed.

my wife goes though that every period. and i no of a few other Lady's that have this same problem but most of them just deal with it and pray to the miodal(spell?) gods to help get red of it.
