i'm 20 years old and quite fat . i want to shape up my waistline, back and arms .i don't eat much( fat,sugar .....)and a vegetarian too.i regular do the exercises as well but ican't lose my weight.

i have never tried fat reducing pills.are they effective?
are there any side effects ?

Was my favorite food,,,used to take iodine for diet, I am dying for a lobster, infact if I was dying I would eat one LOL...I have been told it could and most likely would kill me...any one have the same thing and is there anything you know of that you can take to get rid of it????? thanks y'all...happy new year!!!

Some time ago I noticed a small, flat, round and pinkish mark on my leg that looked like an ingrown hair, or a really angry pimple. It has been over a few months, and there is no change in it. Does anyone else have a problem like this? I don't think it to be more than a nuisance, and dislike it solely because of aesthetics, as it does not hurt in any way. I am open to suggestions on what to do with it, because so far, every time I've went to the doctor's, I keep forgetting to mention it.

cause problems in digesting it, leading to indigestion? because couple of days ago, i had something that is not as sour in liquid form and that night i had problems and i kind of threw up. the next day even though i did not eat anything, when i burped i smelled the samething i ate before. and i burp alot now and have diarreah. is this a big issue.
