About a week ago, my breasts started to itch. It's mainly just the nipples. Anyway, my skin there doesn't appear to be dry even though the rest of my body has dry skin. What could this mean? Anything serious?

I'm a nurse, you are fine. Your skin is only dry in that area. Use an otc cream for them.

Since the rest of your body has dry skin you probably have dry skin there too though its not as visible. Just use the same lotion there you are using on the rest of your body and you could try some soap that has moisturizers in it as well.

Have you changed detergents or the fabric of your bra? That could cause itching.
