what ever helps you drink more ... water is essential to all of our diets... but be sure that you are also working out.. some sort of cardio or weight lifting program...
When I decided it was time to start getting really focused on my health.. I took some extra time and extra cash and hired a trainer at the gym I go to. It really paid off and gave me a really good jump start on where I want to be physically.

I have heard cold water takes more calories to digest, but that in the end, it uses less than 10 calories a day, which is not enough to make any measurable difference. You are better increasing your fiber intake and sticking to whole grains, green veggies, and lean protein.

cold will cost your body more to heat it up to digest it.
so you will burn calories drinking cold water
however col water will create stress on you esophagus and stomach and can create headachs remember eating too much icecream at once? usually gives you a headache.
Your body loves lukewarm water.
why don't you start moving
instead of drinking cold water?

drink boiled water, but not after its done boiling, with lemon every night, the warm water and the lemon help burn the fat.
