The clinical term for your condition is called defecatory exhibitionism. It is actually an offshoot of exhibitionism, and is only related to defecation by association.
It's not necessarily a *bad* thing, but if you find yourself leaving the stall door unlocked and hoping that it will fly open at the most inopportune (or opportune, depending on your viewpoint) time, you should not feel embarrassed to go seek the assistance of a psychologist.

I don't think it's nice or fair to call you sick. But no, I do not have a urge to have others watch me defecate, but that's just me. Um...no, I don't know anyone off the top of my head who enjoys that either. Good luck with that.
