I am a pretty good person, I think, but not perfect. Sometimes I lie and I dont even know why. Its dumb stuff too.
Sometimes I say bad things about people because I am aggravated with them. Sometimes I am snappy and impatient with my kids. Sometimes I act against my own nature. I am not sure why I do that either.
Lately my husband and I have been distant. I feel it is because he is always so grounded. He tells me I am just a "little girl" and "flighty". Its hard to hear because I want to be a woman, not a girl. I feel awful. I am at odds with myself. I dont want to be all dark and depressing at Xmas. Help.

i am 34 weeks pregnant and for the last week and a half my legs and arms have been itching like crazy... this only happens though through the night and the places where it itches i het little white bumps but the next day i only itch a lil with no bumps but at night i go crazy itching has anyone had this happen??

I got a bloodtest and my TSH was 2.63 mIU/L.

I got another one almost a month later and my level was 4.55 miU/L.

Is it normal that it changes like that? And is 4.55 high?

i am a mother of twins that r 9 mths old they both have the common cold right now butonly one of them produced a fever out of nowhere and had the seizure. this is the second time she has gotten it the first being after she got her 6 mth shot. i am worried that this might affect her brain in some way even tho at the hospital they said its not the serious one and she should be fine. should i be worried that shell get one every time she gets sick? and is there somethign that i can do to prevent it from happening again? please help!!!

it happens suddenly when i'm in a group or when i' m alone .suddenly my heart beat raises and at my work place a minimum of communication with other's becomes impossible .I know that i am just afraid and out of this i always feel like crying .to the extent that when i talk to someone my voice remains heavy.i want an urgent cure to this.plz.

Fasting by not eating for four days and only drinking 6-8 glasses of water and a one a day vitamin tablet? Will the body lose weight? If so, how much on average for a female or male- age in 30's?

I have had a cold/ headache for 3 days. I think it may be a sinus infection, but the doctor isnt seeing anyone else today and with Christmas being Monday, I want to be better. I am drinking lots of orange juice and tea and am taking Tylenol for the head and aches, and Mucinex. Is there any home remedies I should try? Thanks very much for taking the time to read this. How we live and why we die. For me, Its a quest of faith. My entire population of personality has vanished. I told you how many I took, you say you don't want me to hurt myself. I'm not saying this Is how I feel, but If I didn't wake up, so what. I'd feel worse for my family then I would myself. I'm a freak show who cant get away from his own Issues. Okay I know this may be a dumb question since I am 25 but is it okay to sleep with a tampon in? The box says no more than 8 hours and during the day I change it like every 4. I use the lightest one I can at night but don't want to rist the chance of TSS. So for all you women out there do you wear a tampon at night or do you stick with the obnoxious pads? What is your opinion?

I have a very big anger problem with a smart mouth and i'm trying to learn how to control that but i don't know exactly how to. And when i try to control it i hold it in and i heard that wasn't good for your body or yourself. And i've tried meditation and that doesn't work i don't know if i'm doing it wrong so any advice on how to meditate correctly or how to control my anger without anger managment???And aslo how to stop letting people get to me?

pls advise, thanks! yesterday i called up a dental clinic and requested for this dentist to give me jab before cleaning my teeth. he quoted an additional $200 for the jab!!!!! How could that be?!!! Broad daylite robbery!!! Think i idoit??? Anyway anyone know any dentist got any other way to clean teeth beside the stupid drilling??
