There is no 'spot reduction' possible. It's about losing excess fat stored in the body, regardless of where it is. The only other thing you can do is make sure to do facial muscle exercises to keep the underlying muscles toned and tight. Contract, hold for several seconds, release, repeat.

I kind of disagree with all of you, I've recently been trying to lose weight and I first noticed change in my face. My parents have round faces and so did I but now I can see my cheekbones a bit. No, I'm not super skinny. I'm probably not on a healthy diet, I try to eat at least less than 1000 cal's a day. Some times around 500?

I agree with both of the previous answers, but on a different note, depending on your ancestry it may not be an option at all. Some people, no matter how low in body fat, will always have a rounded face.

You can't spot reduce.

If you lose weight overall, your face will naturally slim down, but some people have naturally fuller cheeks. The only solution is micro liposuction for about $2000.

You have to lose the overall fat to do that. Do some cardio exercise, then your body will lose the fat along with the face.
