oh god.. they're men.. it's plain and simple.. even if the girl is ugly.. if she's got big boobs they will stare... just get over it already.. and take it as a compliment!

Well, from a guy point of view, they're sticking "right out there" so to speak, so my eyes go there, and I admit that I sometimes stare. Sometimes, I just can't help myself. Most guys will approach and look at legs first, then the rearend, upwards to the frontend and then finally the face. At least, that's the way it works for me. Human females are the ONLY females with prominent, "in your face", breasts... ever wonder why that might be? In mammals, breast tissue is mostly flattened until the female starts lactating and even then, the breasts are not exactly prominent, except for us human types.... Personally I really like the curve from waist to hip... and I make no excuse for looking at women as I do. I enjoy the company of women. I find women to be fascinating. My best friends are women. I respect women. I do not know what I would do without women.

Perhaps you are showcasing your merchandise to obviously. Try dressing in a bit more subdued manner without your merchandise spilling onto the floor.
Or maybe these guys were bottlefed.

I think not, as for me, regarding the pleasure of a first glance at a beautiful young lady, I most often begin by admiring the hair first, especially long wavy brunette hair, the eyes second, followed by nose, lips, facial structure, and skin tone, then the staring begins with the breasts, tummy area, lower tummy area with emphasis on the slit of her feminine sweetness providing her apparel is tight, and then the gawking begins as she passes me by, thus I immediately zoom in on her oh so stimulating sweet firm bubble shaped buttocks;) LOL

Well, oh never mind, it's a long complex answer.
Guys that stare at women's breasts are just tacky immature dumb-asses.
If they are friends or acquaintances of yours, educate them and teach them some manners.
If they are strangers, just ignore it unless you feel compelled to put them in their place.
Don't let it get to you. And on behalf of all decent guys, I'm sorry about the jerks you have to deal with.

It's natural curiosity and hormones. Take it as a compliment. If you were flat chested they probably wouldn't be talking to you at all so count your blessings haha. Be proud of the appeal you have to the opposite sex. Just don't let anyone think that is all you have to offer. We are naturally drawn to people we are sexually attracted to.

well guys are pigs and their eyes wonder. a lot of women have that problem with their "merchandising". Usually if you make eye contact and point them back towards your eyes, you'll be fine. I don't know why guys do it, probably because we don't have them...

Well it is normal to guys to stare "OUR" you know what it is
and it is kinda embarrassing if u have big t**ts. And nowadays guys prefer vital statistic and it sucks because they only wanna see our things not our face and when they saw it they get horny, well it is true because i noticed my brother well it is natural habit for them...though it is somewhat perverted...

a man's primal instinct is to reproduce. They search those things that sexually arouse them.
If they look, try not to be offended. If they stare, then they have issues.
