Hi yeah I'm 14, 5'4", and 118 lbs, so you're not fat by my standards at all. If you feel like you 'need' to do something about it, here's some sets you can try:
First, do 20 crunches with your legs slightly appart with your arms supporting your head (make sure they don't help you go up each time, though). Then do 20 side crunches for each side. Lastly do 20 crunches with your legs together. Putting your legs together near the end while you're tired makes it hard to balance on the ball and you'll use more muslces that way. You can increase the number of crunches after a while of doing this.
Then you can do gutbusters. Lay on the floor with your head up and either your hands supporting your head/neck, or under your butt (it helps you balance, I swear). Then stretch our your legs a couple inches above the ground and alternate bringing them in and out, almost like bicycles but closer to the ground and straight out. Make sure you don't touch the ground. Do this for about 45 seconds.
Those are just a few things you can do if you want to tighten up a little bit.

hello dear. dont you worry. your BMI is 19.5 which is totally healthy for your age. as long as you keep your BMI between 18.5-24.9 (which means your weight would be between) 105-137... you'll be healthy. and also it depends on your frame. small frames are usually better and look healthier at lower numbers. you're closer to the lower end of the healthy numbers for your weight. so you probably arent fat at all dont worry about it. im guessing since you're around 110. you have a small frame and so for you. i wouldnt go over 120.... but that's just my oppinion yousee. it shouldnt matter what other people think. if you're fat ro not. if your uncomfortable with your body. there's nothing that someone else can say to change your own personal oppinion. so if you dont like what you see when you look into the mirror.... fix it. Try exercising and eating balanced and smaller portions but hun. dont starve yourself. drink loads of water and you'll be fine =)

No, you're perfect. :) I know it can feel like you're fat when you have skinnier people around you, but you're at a healthy weight. I'm 5'4 and 115 lb, so we have about the same BMI.
