I can feel and see the Other Side (Heaven) but cannot stay there. It is horrible and I want to be there, not here.

my mom had lung cancer. her doctor said they could make her comfortable by heavily medicating her before they disconnected the ventillator so that she would just stop breathing and then die. she looked peaceful. she breathed on her own for about an hour and then stopped. i guess we don't really know what she felt. but did she feel any pain or anything. she even opened her eyes and blinked a few times. but i just don't understand. i'm searching, wondering if i did the right thing. the doctors said she wouldn't have lived long, it was stage 4 lung ca and she was throwing up tons of blood and was on 2 ventillators. i didn't want her to suffer so based on what the doctor said that's what i decided to do. we were very close and this is almost the 1st anniversary of her death and it's starting to haunt me what it was like for her.

I am overweight and I want to lose weight,build lean muscle, and not bulk up. I know I can't go from around 227 to 150 overnight. But it would help to lose the weight in a fast-ish pace.

I get Ulcers from most Pain Meds. II tried taking maalox before and even that didn't help.I have some Arthritis that is really making walking and going up and down steps really difficult.Dr. wants me on Celebrex but I am totally afraid.I have had Ulcers even with Aleeve,Aspirin and any over the counter pain meds. I really need something and fast. Thanks

I have Medicare and Medicaid. I am Disabled and have no Dental insurance. I really cant afford insurance because I am on a tight budget anyway. Please someone out ther give me some advice. If you put plastic bag around your stomach and do sit-ups for half an hour 5days a week could it help you lose belly fat? Besides drinking water and eating correctly? Or what other exercises could you do at home that would help you lose that belly fat?

A few years ago I used to abuse my body with anorexia n bulimia. Now, I never feel normal or healthy..I'm always with nausea, bloated, never hungry, and so many other things that are too embarassing to say...Well, I thought that the body recovers..It doesn't???..Did I permanently destroy my body????
