Vicodin is a narcotic pain medication and works by blocking pain receptors in the brain. Nabumetone(relafen) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine that actually decreases inflammation that can cause pain such as in arthritis

Vicodin is acetaminophen (Tylenol) plus hydrocodone which is an opiate analgesic. Its in the narcotic class. (so you shouldn't take Tylenol on top of it, could take you over the safe limit)
Nabumetone is a long lasting Non-Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drug (NSAID). same class as Advil or Motrin.
They are both used for pain control. NSAID's are used for arthritis among other things.

They are both used for pain yet Vicodin/Lortab is alot stronger and is a naracotic.

nope,its an opiate,u need a prescription,so is heroin and morphine..they are all opiates,thats why they are so addicting,heroin feels like 1 million vicodins....

both are for pain, but of different types and severity. They are as similar as peaches and beef jerky (both foods).
