I have tried PT, did not like it, I went to a surgeon, he said PT was bad for me. Everyonce in awhile I get vicodin, which works great, but the supply always runs out.....Please help me with all these conflicting camps

A friend of mine has been depressed since she lost her baby, she was put on Celexa to stablize her mood. I just found out that for the last 4 months she's also been taking St. Johns Wort. What kind of problems might that cause? I take antidepressants and know that you aren't supposed to mix antidepressants and St. Johns Wort, but I don't know exactly why?

I've never been to this doctor before and never talked to anyone about my anxiety problems. I don't know what to say to him and I'm scared I'll chicken out out of fear that he won't believe me or think I'm being silly. What do I do?!?!

Does anyone know any good motion sickness remedies? I am going to be traveling on a plane for the first time in 8 years and the last time I was on a plane I nearly threw up. I get motion sickness quite easily. Even in automobiles, (unless I'm driving).
I've heard of tablets you can take, is there anything else?

I just had my period 2 weeks ago and today, I had light blood on my tissue when I went to the toilet. I have had a bit of pain in my lower belly (my abdominal part)

has anyone had an umbilical hernia and still be able to have a safe pregnancy? i think i may have an umbilical hernia .....and i am pregnant. I have a son already so i think i got the hernia from my previous pregnancy but now i can't have surgery if im pregnant? i don't know maybe im just being paranoid. But the hernia-if it even is one- doesnt hurt or cause me any discomfort.
I was just wondering if it is possible to have a umbilical hernia and still be able to carry a pregnancy without complications!

I need to lose weight and I was going to eat only Fruit, Veggies and nuts. along with daily exercise and drinking water because, I cannot eat anything too hard because of my teeth. I no longer eat meat. I was going to eat,

Apple Sauce
Oranges in a Can

Cooked Carrots
Green Beans

Can anyone else recommend more Fruits and Veggies that I can eat? I know that this is not enough but it's the only thing I can. I can only eat Soft Foods I can eat hard things but not to hard.
Does anyone know a Good Vegetable Soup I can make in the slow cooker?
Will I lose weight?
The fruits that are in a can, are they good for you? The fresh fruit may be to hard for me.
