I know its good to have skinny arms in SOME cases but id like to gain some weight in my arms so they look a bit more normal than skinny long sticks? Are there any types of foods or something I could eat to gain the weight instead of having the weight go to my stomach or something else?

"Skinny long sticks" can be very sexy. What you want to do though is not to add any fat, but a little muscle tone. Especially to your legs, if they are the same way?

Put a two litre water bottle and a glass on your desk each and every morning. Get through it by means of lunch, and do the same in the afternoon. You’ll exercise better as well as recover faster if you’re hydrated. I drink some water each time someone asks me a stupid question or sends a dumb email... find something that works to suit your needs!

If you try to put fat in your arms you will find it will go to places you don't want. A bit of light weight lifting will put a bit of tone in your arms.or wear long sleeves.

No offense but that is crazy. Why on earth would you want fat on your arms? I think that the general consensus is muscular arms are attractive not fat arms. Pick up some dumbbells or a curlbar.

The only thing i can think of is when you go to work out don't work your arms (at least not to much). If i were you and i wanted bigger arms then i would work out and exercise.

Try lifting weights. Adding fat will only make your arms look saggy.
