If the light blood on your tissue happened after intercourse, you could have thinning of the vaginal wall. If you've had lower abdominal pain, and it hurts when you pee then you could have a urinary infection.
It may be that sex was a bit rough, or a bit too much and you need to give it some rest. (just for a little while).
However if you are worried, or you think you may have an infection, the best recourse is to go and speak to your GP. As women, our period can change suddenly for no apparent reason. It only takes a little bit of stress, a little bit of tiredness...

My daughter had an same at about 2 days old. Freaked my husband out!! Congrats on your new infant! Quoting from Dr. Spock: interior the few weeks on the instantaneous following beginning, some newborn women will journey a small quantity of bleeding from the vagina. that's purely generic and takes position because the point of the mummy's hormones contained in the infant's gadget progressively decreases. the end bring about reality is the equivalent of a tiny menstrual era.

I would get this checked out at your local well woman clinic or gp surgery. Sometimes the body may get rid of, what it doesn't want, and we get spotting between periods, but knowing you've experienced, some abdominal pain with this, I would definitely get it checked, you may just have, an infection, that needs some antibiotics. Take care x

err...... you, my dear, might have a bladder or kidney infection. A call to your doctor is in order. I take cranberry tablets to try and prevent this problem since I'm prone to infection.
