i maybe eat one good meal a day but i excersise 3 or 4 times a week still i cant loose some of my baby weight she is 5 months i am weight lifting 5 reps of 10 for the arms 40 mins on the cardio machine and a 100 sit ups i dont see much of a change . i weighed less when i was breast feeding
Im trying not to go to diet pills since i really dont have a big appetite . but i need to see a little something Im i weighing more because of muscle? I do leg lifts to 5 reps of 20 at 40pounds

do you think someone who has a genetic disorder.. has the right to be able to decide if their children should or should not have their diease.. ie by either doing prental testing.. and aborting any fetus that have the diease...
or .. use the petri dish method.. and only put un affected eggs and sperms together..

I had my follow up 6 weeks appointment with my doctor yesterday and I also got blood work done. My doctor calls me today and tells me that my white blood cells is a little low, so he is referring me too a specialist. I was just wondering does anybody know exactly what it is? I did my research and it is saying alot of different things.. Regarding Lupus and other sicknesses.. It would be great if someone who has it or knows about it too respond..

I discontinued my use of antidepressants (zoloft) about 3 months ago. I want to have a baby and decided that no medication in my system would be the best thing. It went ok for awhile but in the last month I have become really depressed. I don't do anything and I find it hard to motivate myself to do anything, even clean my house. I just hate the way I feel right now. Should I consider going back on my antidepressants? Could it harm the baby if I get pregnant?

I had a cold sore for about 10 days, its finally healed up, but i have probably the biggest date in my life tomorrow, and want to know if its true you can transfer the herpes virus even after it has healed? through saliva too? some websites say you can kiss when it has healed up, some say you can't, im sure oral sex is out of the question, has anyone transfered the virus after it has healed up? if i can't kiss on this date i will go crawl into a cave and never come out.

what foods or suppliment can i take to reverse diabetes and the constant hunger ,my weakness has and i sweet creamy coffee through out the day,im reducing that to 1 cup per day this week(started)and drinking water for rest of day, healthy foods are limited (money) but i am doing my best to make the right food choices .theres got to be a key food that will help with this hunger.ive noticed this hunger and joint and muscular since starting my bp meds 10 yrs ago (triamaterine) my doctors at that time of course just dismissed everything.HELP

I need to wear a very strong deoderant/antipersperant because I sweat excessively. But now that it is winter time my skin around my underarms is extremely dry and cracking, I am thinking from my deoderant, and I have tried various brands and I am still having the problem. Anyone know how to handle this?

its bin a bit cold here, no snow, just chilly winds. i was out most of last night, walking home, with just a slippers and stocklings. at night i felt strange.. for most nights now i wake up feeling cold.. the same tin happnd last night.. i woke by 4:30 feeling cold.
in the morning i found all 10fingers swollen, and the palm a bit off-color, and i know i am cold inside. i searchd the net and couldnt link cold directly to swelling fingers.
has anyone ever had this experience?

I am a healthy 19 year old woman. last time i was at my doctor's she told me that if i wanted to have children in the future, that i should start taking a woman's daily vitamin (not prentatl ones, just normal women's vitamins). What affect would me tkaing or not taking vitiamins now have on any children i might have in the distant future? i don't understand why i would have to take them now.

I am intrigued by this and would love to hear people's opinions on this. First---when you throw-up, do you cough, burp, or just make a hurling sound (as one person put it..."calling for ralph" "rrraaaallllph" lol..i loved that. I am a burper myself, and have noticed that burping is the rarest from of throwing up (at least from the mini survey I conducted) So, What kind of thrower-uper are you? and Why is it that people have different meathods of throwing-up? Thanks!

i keep thinking my mum is insane!
she tends to talk to herself alot

example of today:::
mum mutters: deal at £20,000... deal at £20,000...
me: what are you doing mum?
mum: im watching deal or no deal.
me: but the tv isn't on...
mum: deal at £20,000... deal at £20,000...
me: *walks away slowly*

she also gets hella nasty and starts throwing pans/knives/phones etc at me!
she's always trying to start arguments with people, she aims for me the most.
i have soo many scars from her, it's getting me down.
the whole "i just fell in the hedge" thing is getting old now!

i don't wind her up at all.. but she's really messed up in the head.

is this normal?
she does tend to go on about her child life alot and how much it sucked for her so maybe it's that?

i've tried taking her to the doctors 4 times now.
she just doesnt believe in doctor help or pills.
i don't either really.
should i just ignore and carry on letting her embaras herself and me?

My gums are really swollen around the tooth next to the hole where my wisdom tooth was. I've been really good about rinsing with salt water after meals and brushing/flossing the teeth that I can get to. Is it normal for your gums to swell like that a week and a half after the extraction? My wisdom teeth holes have gone down in swelling... but it's just around this one molar now. Should I just keep taking Motrin to try to reduce the swelling?

i have never had kids, but my doctor recommended iud because i have factor v blood disorder and can't take estrogen based BCP. i feel pain on one side only. advil is not helping. my doctor keeps telling me to take advil and it will go away. i am starting to get worried...

My husband just had surgery yesterday to repair his retina.The problem is we are to fly out next week(7 days) to disney world.We live in new york and its a 2 yr direct flight.His doctor advised him not to fly but we have planned this trip for months.Can any one please tell us what can happen if we decided to go?We really can't postpon the trip as we love going at chrismas time.Is it worth the chance or should we just cancel?

I started to shave with 'magic' brand of shaving powder (for black men). Rather than being black everytime the beard reappears, it comes out as grey giving the impression that i'm more aged than actual. I want the beard to be black anytime it resurgaces.
