The pain isn't odd, but it's not prominent either. For the tightness I suggest more lubrication and it really sounds like you need a lot more foreplay. Sex doesn't need to be a chore. Maybe it does until you feel comfortable to express this. Honestly, I think it can be pleasurable for you. Your partner jsut needs to be more sensitive to your needs. If you're feeling like organs are being poked, it's going in too deep.
