I think it's like 3 payments of like $30 each. Walgreens, Osco or Rite-Aid has their own store version with the same ingredients for like $40. My son used it and it did not work. We ended up on acutane, obtained through a physician. It may be worth your time and money to pursue this thru a Doctor, as he can actually help. Alot of over the counter cures will not work and waste your $. Some people also don't realize there are different types of acne and a doctor can determine which treatment is best for you. My son actually had a virus that came out in the acne. He also gets plantars warts on his feet from the same virus. The acutane, although risky, did help him and at 18 his skin is gorgeous. I look back at photos and am sorry we even waited as long as we did for medicine. Good luck!
