Find the problem and work your way out. Is it because you are not as active? sometimes when you are an active person and all of the sudden you stop that has a huge effect.. Maybe bigger portions of food?? Or maybe dont eat enought but fast foods once a day? Just stay active and drink water. Replace any drink with water k? Just water and eat three meals a day but half of what you would eat normally. You wont starve, your stomach will be fullfilled and you are eating three times a day. You shouldnt interrupt those times but if you cant handle it (like me because i have an ulcer) i recommend you buy something to snack on like wheat thins (low on sodium) and have them in the car or backpack and when hungry really really that cant take it then chew on a couple.. not too much fruit because it has lots of sugar.. maybe babycarrots anyway.. active for at least 25 minutes daily and water and half normal size of meals three times a day and you are good!! good luck!

What kind of diet are you on? Some actually work against your body and make you GAIN weight. . .like if you're not eating very often, that could be why, or if you're eating late at night. In any case, you don't need a gym to exercise--can you go for walks/runs every morning? Start out walking 30 minutes a day, and then build up to an hour. Good luck! I know it's depressing to see weight gain when you've been trying so hard.

It should drop off after you have the baby.
Seriously tho, just watch what you eat -- don't eat junk and stop eating when you are full. Sometimes you feel hungry but you are actually thirsty, so try drinking a glass of water if you feel like having a snack and if you are still hungry in 5 minutes, go back and have a piece of fruit.
Also, another reason we sometimes feel hungry is because we are tired. Yeah, I know it sounds crazy, but it's true! I read it in Parents magazine, and I have noticed that my kids sometimes act tired, but say they are hungry, and I get the munchies sometimes when I am tired too. If that happens to you, either try taking a nap or having a healthy snack.
And I know it's hard for most of us, but if you give up soda (even diet!) it will help a lot!

You dont have to go to the gym to work out. You can jog around your neighbohood during the day for about 15 minutes. If you cant do that much then do as much as you can and slowly build up. If you dont have any weights to lift find something random around your house to lift. There are many ways to exercise just get inventive.

Exercise. You do not need a gym to get some exercise. You can work out at home with videos that you borrow from the library (free!). You can jump rope, go running, walking, hiking, biking. You can walk to the store. Walk to school. Walk to your friends' houses. Do yoga -- It doesn't require very much space. Run/walk stairs at your high school stadium. Just make yourself do something sweaty every day.
