Don't mess about, go to your Doctor, I had bladder cancer, and that is pain-full, also on the right side.

Maybe your appendix. Just checked my scar to see if its on the right or left and I can only just see it, definitely on the right. You will know its appendix as it will only get worse.

You may have a burst appendix, that could be a big problem, fatal even, see a doctor ASAP.

i think is sounds like a stomach ulcer,,,,u must see a doctor though, whatever it is, it needs attention
