Due to nutrition, age, and certain medications our body can be depleted of Coenzyme Q10 which is essential in helping to prevent gum disease among other conditions. The all-natural supplement I use is CoQHeart.
Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions.

That is a tough question to answer, (how LONG) I had a complete periodontal upper and lower done about 41 years ago I am now 76 and have not been diagnosed with the disease sence. But I do go to the dentist 2 a year, my wisdom teeth have been removed almost as long. The teeth I have now are all my own, I am missing 2 lower jaw bone teeth, On 23 of October the dentist is going to make a repair job on the missing teeth. I would say see the dentest 2 times a year and brush often. By the way SODA or POP (coca cola, pepsi, soft drinks are bad for your teeth.

Go to a Dental College and get them fixed there. They won't charge you, but they aren't real dentist either....but most of them will be. Other than either just going to the Dentist, or knocking out all your teeth by yourself and hand making dentures out of wood. That is the only suggestion I would beable to think of.

Check with your states Medicare/Medicaid office. You might have dental through one of them, if not, inquire about a dental clinic in your area to help you out.

I would suggest some Colgate Perodoxyl oral mouthwash
Anti-Plaque Mouthwash
And Brushing
Use the anti-plaque mouthwash before you brush
Use the Colgate Perodoxyl mouthwash after you eat..
Floss your teeth really good.
My early symptoms went away less than a week doing this!

Check with local churches about free clinics. There are a couple in my town (I live in western Arkansas). You might have to travel pretty far to get help. Also, for temporary relief of pain, try going to Walgreens or Wal-Mart and getting some oragel or something like it.

I don't know what to tell you. You have to go to the dentist to fix your teeth. I don't see another alternative.
