Im 18, and i live with my mom and dad, along with my 2 brothers and little sister. We've been vaccinated when we were kids.. Should we be worried about infection?

if you look ing your eye in the corner clossest to your nose there is a pink sort of bit,right in the very corner of your eye.does any one know what this bit is called??its just my part has got a white klind of lump on it fior the last cpouple of days it dont hurt or itch or anythink,thanks in advance

After the death of Allen Carr I have finally decided to spend some of my free time to help other people BASH THE WEED. I have made a real commitment for the new year to help other people give up as I have.

Due to smoking in 2006 we lost two dear friends and also two of my close family have died of cancer related illnesses in the past. To lose Allen Carr this year was a horrible loss as he has done so much for the cause, he was a titan in the war against the horrible habit.

Also new laws in 2007 will stop smoking in public places in the UK so gives people a real reason to stop. All profits of the website will be used to fund charities and further the products and development of the website.

My goal is to help as many people stop smoking as I can.

Please can someone give me a solution. My friend who is only 22 years old has a heart condition in which his heart simply beats way too fast. He is a healthy individual who doesn't smoke or drink & he excercises regularily. He doesn't want to go on medication... is there any other way he can cure this. He has already had one "attack" & he always gets nose bleeds & headaches etc. Please could someone let me know what he can do to prevent this getting worse... I'm worried about what might happen if he just leaves it.

I have had tonsillitis 5 times this year. Doctor jjust keeps giving me antibiotics and it clears up then comes back 6-10 weeks later. Could i just be getting recurrant tonsillitis or could it be something more?

It all started when I began taking diet pills for two months and my weight dropped dramatically + to the fact that there were days I can go without eating solid foods but only water and juices and then now I stopped taking diet pills but my appetite never came back and i'm also controlling myself and limit myself to only eat twice a day, all my friends told me I really lost a lot of weight and I should gain again but then I like my body now coz I can now wear my skinny jeans and shirts the problem is altho I'm not that chubby anymore than before everytime i look in the mirror i still see myself as the fat girl i used to be and I'm now scared of gaining weight or a flab in my arms or legs. I just hate it when before, people used to discriminate me and say all 'fat' things about my body now i've lost they want me to gain becoz being thin they say doesnt fit me. I used to have 110 lbs before now its only 100 lbs & i'm 5'1.
Am I anorexic now? Tho i dont throw up and im not super skinny

My friends and I are pretty much the same in height/weight. We ran a test by drinking 2.5 liters of water each, in a 24 hour period; no caffeine, similar amounts of food, no exercise.

I ended up going to the bathroom once every 10-15 minutes over the course of about 8 hours in what equated to roughly the same amount I drank (don't ask).

My other friend went to the bathroom 3 times.

One friend went to the bathroom ONCE the entire day, and it equated to maybe one glass.

I have been tested more than once for all types of diabetes, thyroid disorder, etc. etc. and they all came up negative. So the real question is...why?

When i have my periods they last for as long as a whole month, this has been going on since June. sometimes its heavy and sometimes not. I know i should go to a doctor but if i do will i have to have a pap smeer? And what could be wrong with me to have my periods for a whole month.
