My Back and buttocks are looking dark!!!?

I am 21 and medium fair guy. My back and buttocks alone looking dark. Why it is so? How can I make it fair like the other parts of body? Even my penis is also looking very dark. Please give me some remedies to get rid of it.

Its normal!.... No need 2 think abt it.
Or u can change ur soap.
Never mix ur bathing soap with detergents. B careful abt that.

use hydroquinon 4%..for about 4 months it works..
