Im a 35 year old single mom and have been battling inflamatory breast cancer since Nov.05. I started chemo immidiately every week for 6 months followed by a double masectomy this June 06 then 2 months of radiation mon-fri. I just had my 6 week check up and i get a month off until Jan.07 for more chemo (pills this time). I'm very blessed to be here and in no way am i complaining, but I'm in need of a good pick me up and I just can't get the lift i need to enjoy. Is there any suggestions please!!

i heard that if u put little bit of toothpaste on your zits and leave if on and then go to sleep...this will help reduce zits?!! does it really work? or is it just a lie...and if so, is there other ways of dealing with acne and zits and blackheads etc..

Bad breath
Dry mouth_no saliva + tingling sensation
Slight pain on right side of throat leading to right ear
Pressure & slight headache
Phlegm build up I cant swallow down.
tiny red blood vessels on right hand wall before the tonsil that are within a paisley shaped pattern.
Burping
Slight dry cough

SYMPTOMS I DONT HAVE:
No white spots on throat
No vomiting
Tonsils look ok
Left side of throat feels ok
No heartburn or stomach pain
Normal stool & urine
Clear nose

Drinking water,hot teas,rinsing with listerine & sleeping hasn't helped. It's the third day having this.

Non drinker/smoker & I eat healthy. I have no medical insurance.

Is this GERD or STRICTURE or?

Please help if you know what this is and how to treat it. What specialist should I go see?

I plan to get a blood test done because a year ago I was told by my doctor that I should exercise more due to having moderately high blood sugar. I took his advice & got myself back into shape. Could my blood sugar be doing this? TY

On friday night I met this one girl and 3 hours later we were in her apartment doing it. She was not a prostitute, but apparantly I was not her first and the only one, plus she told she's had a lot of sex partners. Anyways, we were into it for almost 2 hours, when we were done, I realized that the very tip of the condom was ripped even though I never came (believe it or not). It could've been like that for 2 mins, could've been an hour, I dont know, but I didn't feel it for some reason. Today, 4 days after, I noticed a minor painless rash on the tip of my penis, it happened before, I guess because I'm not circumsized, and it was nothing, just an irritation plus I've been tested lately and I was clean. Could an STD such as syphilis or herpes occur this soon? Or maybe some other one? I know for an accurate HIV test it has to be done 3 months after the encounter. But what's the best time to get tested for all the other STD's? 3-4 weeks? Thanks

I can use the slightly tatty gym at work, or spend money on attending a more expensive gym in the city. Will the feeling that using-it-or-loosing-it will prompt me to use the gym more often?
Otherwise, what factors make you decide which gym to use?

The permanent one will be fitted in 2 months when the hole where the tooth was has settled. The dentist gave me some special floss with a sharp end that you thread through to clean between the bridge. Will I always have to do this when I get my permanent bridge? It's a real pain!

I have my disability hearing tomorrow. I am normally very depressed and am bi-polar.

As I am sitting here trying prepare for the hearing as I'm scared to death and have to be able to explain so much, and so much is on the line,
I keep laughing and laughing uncontrollably.

I thought I'd probably break down crying in the hearing, now I think I might break down in laughter.

What do you think if they hear me laughing all the way through my symptoms?

What can I do???

They may think the symptoms aren't real if I'm laughing about them, like I made them up, and I didn't!

For a little over a month, hair has been falling out (from the roots) and leaving near to bare spots and thining everywhere. I'm female so you can imagine how horrified I am. Then today i glanced at the mirror and saw a clump of tiny hairs on my cheek. I realized they were my eyelashes and just about lost it. About 1/3 of an inch on one eye and a 1/4 or so on the other eyelid were bare.
I know its not medicine, that's been ruled out. I really need to know if anyone out there has known someone with the same problem and what the cause may have been.
Please help.

I'm relatively sure I know the answer to this already, but I'm asking for the sake of clarity. Chinese resturants typically do not use partially hydrogenated oils, do they? To the best of my understanding, most use typical off the shelf veggie oil and peanut oil (which is free of trans fatty acids as it has not undergone the partial hydrogenation process). I'm pretty sure Chinese is the one area that's still generally safe from the trans fats, but does anyone know of any resturants that do contain it?

Not all the time, but at least 60% of the time my vagina is sore, almost bruise like feeling when we are done with intercourse. Sometimes I also have a burning sensation the first time I urinate afterwards. It burns the first time, then any time after that it doesn't. Does anyone know what causes this? Is it a certain type of condition or is this somewhat normal? Please help.
