Nutrition has everything to do with our health. When we were created we were created to require certain this to sustain life to the fullest. Most of these things are lacking in our everyday diets, and that is why you see alot of the disease today. Our bodies are not lacking synthetic drugs, but everyone thinks that is the cure. It really is not. With proper nutrition you can avoid alot of the disease we are faced with today. We need a good quality supplement to offset the food we eat that lack these nutrients.
I have had great results with an all natural product called Isagenix.
This product is only available by distributor.

Food high in fiber such as 100% whole grain bread, whole grain pasta, brown rice, beans, potatoes (with the skins), just about all veggies and fruits. Combine these with lean meats and only healthy fats. Stay away from sweet food and drinks. Or save those for after workouts.

cut way back of Fats. Check the contents on the packages and choose food which are low in fat. Any vegetable INCLUDING potatoes are fine as long as the fat content is low. And remember to EXERCISE. You have to eat, move, and breathe to loose weight. I have lost 18 lbs in about 2 weeks doing the things I mentioned. You can have fruit juices with low or no sugar or if mixing them use equal or sugar substitute. Use Butter Buds or Promise Margarine on potatoes.
