why are my periods so bad i have throne up alot like a water fall i know it sound nasty but its true my mom heard me from the other side of the house all because i get bad craps why are my periods so so bad mom my said that she is going to have to take me to a doctor cause a 12 year old shouldnt have to go through something this bad so any idea why my periods are so bad

No, it's not usually normal for someone that is 12 to have such intense periods. The throwing up can be normal, as upset stomach and lower backache & cramps & headaches all are part of it. But it's best to see a doctor, as it could be something medical he could help you with. Talk to your doctor for options on helping with the pain and side affects you are suffering from, as they have options for you.

you could be taking after your mom, otherwise i know that excercise gets rid of cramps, as for the throwing up,, i agree that u should go see a doctor and get some painkillers.

some girls deal with it differently
only a dr can help you
