Ive had it for about 2 years, and ive tried Dalicin Topical Lotion and Adapalene gel, but they are not very helpful

Specific Homeopathic Remedies for Acne and Pimples (A inflammatory follicular,papular and pustuler eruption involving the sebaceous apparatus on face, chest and back is called ACNE.) :-

Head remedy. Pimples worse during menses; worse after eating fats, sugar,coffee and meat Psorinum 200 or 1M weekly (3 Doses)

Pimples at the age of puberty with itching Asterias Rub.30, 6 hourly

If Asterias rub fails; pustuler eruptions Kali Brom.30, 6 hourly

Chronic cases; worse after taking eggs and during winter seasons Streptococcin.200 or 1M, weekly (3 Doses)

To clean the complexion Berberis Acuifolium Q, 4 hourly, 7 - 8 drops.

Pimples; stools constipated like sheep's dung; worse from sea bathing Magnesia Mur.30, 6 hourly

Acne of nose; better in damp weather Causticum.30, 6 hourly

To cover tendency of pimples and to purify the blood Echinacea Q, 4 hourly, 5 - 10 drops

Acne rosacea. Pimples are painful for some distance around; worse during menstruation. Eugenia J. Q (Mother Ticture), 4 hourly, 5 -10 drops

Pimples hard like flee bites, chilblains Agaricus Mus.30 or 200, 6 hourly

Skin moist;pimples; digestion slow; flatulence; better fanning Carbo Veg.30 or 200, 6 hourly

Rose colourd pimples; pale,waxy skin;c hilly persons Silicea.200 or 1M, weekly (3 Doses)

Acne in tuberculer patients Tuberculinum K.200 or 1M, weekly (3 Doses)

Acne hard; indurated base with pustule at apex; night sweats Arsenic Iod.3X or 6X, 4 hourly

When above remedies fail (intercurrent remedy) Sulphur.200 or 1M weekly (3 Doses).

Wow. Here is my (very experienced) opinion...The best multivitamin you can find. Seriously. With that said, I really mean to say that a PRENATAL vitamin is the route to a clear complexion. I am not kidding. So, (barring any possible embarrassment) these will offer you what your body needs to balance out and give you a clearer complexion. I was a cheerleader in high school and had to have bangs to cover up my mine field of a forehead. P.S. The reason why I refer you to a prenatal multivitamin is not only because of its full on nutritional benefit but also because the casing that it comes in is easily digested. And if any of this is not an avenue you are able to take on for whatever reason, try cutting back on milk products. It will take reading product labels, because there are things you would never dream of containing dairy products. But I've seen it seriously help. Good luck!

There's a good cream called quinaderm, even if it smells a bit manky, but the best thing I have ever used for acne is a bit of SudoCreme on the affected area - it really does work!!

Try Duac gel-from the dr. Also as someone also suggested, sudocrem helps. If you have lots of money check out www.anhealth.co.uk (or com, not sure) for the medibeam. A light which helps reduce and in many cases totally resolve acne.

well i dunu if u have a medication in ur counrty that is called :
ISOTREXIN ..its like a gel ..u put it over at night n then when u wake up in the mornin wash it away with some good cleanser,like naetrogena or loreaL cleanser....n keep on usin it for about 2 months..u'll see alota diffrence..g'luck

I used to have this problem and someone recomended zinc tablets and they worked really well.
