Just wanted to know if this happens to people or is it just me because often times i'm cold but my face/cheeks get really red and i feel like my whole face is burning up.

have you had your blood pressure checked?could be high blood pressure.

Yes, often when I am nervous, anxious or embarrassed,and since I am also going through menopause, which hopefully is not your case yet, I have hot flashes.

Yes, it is called blushing. Or perhaps a hot flash from hormones. Very common among all genders or all ages.

YEP.I happens if i've been in the cold, then go into the warmth.(I also happens when I drink lots of wine. hehe)
