I'm 15 years old and started a diet about 8 months ago. I'm 6'2 in height.
When I first started out, I was 260 pounds, so I went on a diet and started eating more healthy and started running 2 miles a day on the treadmel.
Now, I'm 205 pounds (55 loss) but starting to see saggy skin (barely). I want to drop to 180 but scared that I will sag more. My friends tell me to start working out with low weights and lots of reps to get rid of it but a lot of people say you cant get rid of it.
I need advice on how to prevent any more skin sagging and how to get rid of it.
