We all have these ducts called sebaceous glands under our skin. When then build up with oil and dirt, they cause pimples. Some people have bigger pores and are more susceptible to pimples than others. Dove is a moisturizing lotion soap. It just puts back the moisture in the body. Do get rid of the dirt and grime, you must use a an astringent or something that contains salicylic acid 2%. Try using soap designed for acne such as Neutrogena. Neutrogena Bars (original) are very helpful at removing oil!!! Then later after you have washed your face with Neutrogena Bar then use Oxy 10 or Tea Tree oil...this will do the trick but.....make sure to keep up washing your face. And don't scrub too hard. Its not necessary for you to use Dove Soap at this point but you can use a moisturizer.
