i just need to loes like 10lbs. And i AM a choco-aholic. Just like crunches or something?

Well, I was in your shoes before. I did lots of crunches everyday before and after bed. Using a hula-hoop isn't a bad idea, either. I lost about 10 pounds in a week because I only ate when I was really hungry. I suggest you do the same, but remember to not starve yourself!

try looking on the web for different abdominal excercises that target the upper, lower, and side abdominal muscles.

Do ab works out, and most of all, RUN! running helps ALOT. (most people don't know this!)

crunch with out putting your legs on anything and just keeping you stomach tight. idk how long it will take but these workouts are good stuff
