It is not uncommon for young women to feel frightened when dark clumps of tissue is discovered in their menstruation. However, this is usually nothing abnormal and just a part of the endometrium ir uterine lining shedding.

Don't worry, you're fine. If you start to get really really worried, see a doctor.

Well I am not really sure what you mean by "guy things of blood" but what you are probably talking about is blood clots. It is perfectly normal to get these. they can be just tiny to the size of just bigger than a quarter. You are not gonna die, lots of girls get these. Don't worry. Your fine. This can happen throughout your period.

First off...don't be scared. It sounds like you've got some blot clots being shed from your uterus. I never used to get them, and now I do. It's normal and unless the clots are large (like the size of a plum or bigger), you need not worry. I'd urge you to talk to you mom or another trusted adult female about this. Also, get into the doctor to get checked. They will be able to make sure you are menstruating normally. Good Luck!
