You will be able to grow a goatee, if it's in your genes. How old are you, and do you have brothers? This would need to be factored in as well. Did your brothers begin NEEDING to shave early or late in age? Get back with this info and we will take a harder stab at answering your question.

you just shave everyday. shaving everyday makes your facial hair grow faster.
