I know this question has been on here several times, but I couldn't find the right answer, so hopefully new and better answers should come. I've been exercising for about 2wks. to lose weight. Some days I really don't feel like it, and other days I'm ready to stick to my plan. How can I keep myself motivated to losing weight. I would like to lose at least 40lbs. I admit, mostly for vanity reasons and so I could buy smaller clothes (but I feel this would really boost my self esteem). I can be so self -concious when around other people. I checked with my dr and found out that , I'm blessed to have no health problems and capable of doing any type of exercise. I would like to know what type of exercises I can do for my stomach that could flatten it, instead of making muscle, which would make me look bigger? I drink plenty of water but, what should I be eating to help with the weight loss? (please be specific)
