cascara from GNC works really well. senna works gently, so does milk of mag. exlax gives u cramps, but, will work. drink plenty of water always. keep yourself hydrated to avoid constipation all together.

eat healthy foods....fruits, veggies, fibre....drink lots of water (eating fibre is useless without drinking water as it only solidifies in the colon), and exercise.
