I'm unhappy with my body, AND I havn't been getting girls attention lately. So, I need DETAILED answers about how I can get results. Hopefully you know the body I'm talking about, if not, google it.

Exercise. (Do push-ups, chin-ups, jog, lift weights)

Eat healthy. (Giving your body the best food, gives you the best body). *Dont over portion--Average calorie intake is 2000 calories.

Find a haircut that looks good on you. Use moisterizers to smoothen skin. Use proactive, or other things to clear up acne. Tan outside. (Easiest way, lift weights outside or do sports).

It may be hard work, but you'll reach your goal!

You dont need much effort really. Walk a lot, find an excuse to walk. anywhere, doesnt matter. It will add up. EVERYBODY has abs. Everyone is born with them, its your job to make them show up. Breathing, sleeping, moving your torso left and right, it all works out your abs. I never worked out my abs and i have huge abs, no joke.

Running, and especially swimming helps A LOT. dont eat too much junk food. Once or twice a week, so you wont go crazy lol but dont overdo it.

Genetics play a big role too, but try to reach your goal. You may have genes that many people dont have, you just need to work work work.

A body like them?

Easy, barely eat, lift heavy, and run alot. From the head up, that could be just the luck of genetics.

you have the physique for it. yet i will't say without seeing your face. it is not common to alter into an abercrombie variety however, even in case your warm (which you're) theres a lot of opposition.

Start off SLOWLY AND LIGHTLY EXERCISING EVERY OTHER DAY. The easiest way to gain muscles and look fit is to do a set of push ups (40) crunches (55) and to lift weights. You can also try running track.
