I have a lump or something on the side of my left breast, like where an underwire part is of a bra. Breast Caner has been in my family twice that i know of and they have both died of it. The thought of me having it scares me because of this. My mom is taking me to the doctor but i am too afriad of the results to be honest.

Is there any way a lump feels? Is it totally round or kind of un even?

if you did say, aerobic training with added anaerobic training that takes up more time does it make you lose stomoch and oblique fat faster than just aerobic training for a short half hour period?

What is the difference in taking Budeprion tab 100mg SR twice a day, every 8hrs and Changing to Wellbutrin XL Tab 150mg twice a day.

I have had older people (in their 50's and up) tell me that their food intake was completely controlled by their elders when they were kids. The parents made their breakfast for them. Made the lunch FOR them. Cooked dinner for them and sat with them. Only one or two cookies after dinner for dessert (they never just got to eat them right out the package whenever they pleased). Restaraunts (even MCDONALDS) were very rare treats. Being a vegetarian was considered ridiculous, and their parents made them eat their meat. My question is, how did people who LOVED food and were always and constantly hungry stand it? I am not overweight (I am 140 at 5'10) but I couldn't imagine NOT dining out with friends/family at least once a week and just eating whatever I wanted when I want (because I eat constantly, and I am a vegetarian). I know there were many less fat people, but weren't people miserable when they didn't get to choose their eating habits (provided they were overall healthy)?

My hands and feet are always pretty cold (because I'm skinny maybe?), but when I'm using my right hand for something for a prolonged period of time, especially when I'm on the computer, my right hand gets REALLY cold. I assumed that it was because it was being used and more isolated from the rest of my body, and that everyone else had that too, but I've asked a bunch of friends and no one else gets that. What is wrong with me?

For the past couple of weeks I have been aware of intermittent twitches/spasms in my lower eyelids/corner of my eyes. It doesn't seem to be externally visible when I've looked in a mirror . Any ideas? Thanks.

My hands and feet are cold a lot, I may have Raynaud’s, I think my mom and grandma have it. Say I'm in a room where another person is perfectly comfortable, and I'm comfortable, except that my feet are cold and numb feeling (feels like my bones have turned to ice). They're a little cool to the touch, but not that cold. Is it alright to just ignore them, or do I need to get them warmed up? Sure, it's annoying, but I've gotten used to it, I'm 22 and I've been like this for years and years. I know that if they got really cold, like if I was outside in the cold, I could possibly get frostbite if I ignored them, but I wouldn't do that. I guess my question is this: is it harmful to ignore the feeling that my feet are cold, if they're not actually too cold?

I'm most interested in answers from people with medical backgrounds or with experience with this. Thank you!
