Could you vague that up a bit more? I'm assuming you mean 20 years old, five feet two inches, and the 33 kgs is clear (73 lbs). I can understand if she wants to change her appearance, although there may be nothing unhealthy about her weight. Changing it isn't an amateur project, though. There's a medical reason for this, so simply attempting to pack on the pounds may not work. In addition, it could lead to eating in an unhealthy manner. Whatever she does at this point isn't likely to help unless it's part of a medically supervised plan, and that will probably include some sort of medication.

she really should see a doctor .. there could be something medically wrong with her

and its not about eating high cals..

you need to eat the right foods, not junk food, that wont do no good but kill ya

make sure to eat protein, carbs and good fats like olive oil ..
also i recommend taking a vitamin and drink milk ..

she should also workout, this will help her tone and give her more definition .. maybe she can try pilates

Milk whey protein from health food store. Her metabolism is out-of-whack and she needs medical advice to ensure she gets the proper high-calorie foods, and start at the gym to build up musculature, doing resistance/weight training, NOT aerobic exercise like running and cyling.

First she should consult a physician. But if that isn't possible she can always go to a nutritional store and buy a weight gainer. Some of it comes in a powder form that she can mix in anything
