when my penis is not hard i can pull the foreskin back all the way but then when i get an erection, i cant pull it back. what should i do.

I too have this problem. I solved it by applying Olive oil on the inner skin (before erection). Camellia or sunflower oil can be used too. Good luck!!!

Before you get an erection, try pulling the skin back.
