i occasionally get this weird sensation in my feet. they feel ice cold, but they really aren't. no matter what i do to warm them up, they still feel extremely frozenlike

Maybe it just means your feet are asleep. That happens to me too, when I sit on my lets, or sit with one leg over the other for too long. Is that when your feet get cold? Or does it just happen randomly? If it's just happening, and there's no reason that you can find, then perhaps you should alert a doctor. Hope this helps! : )

As long as you can move your feet normally you should not worry about the weird sensation.Try doing some warm up exercises and the coldness will probably disappear.

is there something cutting the circulation to your feet?

are you sitting crosslegged? - hanging off a chair?

hmmmm - may need to ask a physician this one

coz they are cold.try warming them in steaming hot pool of water,but becareful.

well i would strongley advise you to see a doctor because there could be a problem with your circulation in your legs.
